Question
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I recently got a heavy bag and would like to know how to aprropriately train using a heavy bag for cardio. I am currently a student of Jujitsu and would also like to develop "quick hands" to go with my grappling
techniques. I'm a large guy and would like to build up to a lightning fast jab. Any input regarding safe and effective use of heavy bag for excercise and training would be greatly appreciated.

                Sincerely, Nic Anderson.
