Boxing/Heavy Bag sizes

Question
Wanted to buy a heavy bag for my boyfriend, but I'm not sure what size/weight will be good for him. He's 26 yrs old, 5 foot 10 in, and about 185 lbs. He's got his own speed bag already and has been training for 2 years now. Wanted to surprise him with a heavy bag, but I need some advice. Thank you!!

I would suggest a 100 lbs heavy bag. Make sure it is leather and make sure it's pre-filled if you order over the internet.
If you get one in a store, the only brand I trust is TKO. I would recommend ringside.com for an internet purchase. They have a large selection and the best quality stuff. They have their own brand which is excellent. This is the stuff that boxing gyms use everywhere.

I have worked corners in pro bouts on HBO and ESPN cards. My friend, boss and coach is the former President of Golden Gloves and I trained under his tutelage.
