Lian, just wanted to ask if you saw the fight between these two on sat. Oct 15 and if so what you thought about the decision. I thought all three fights were judged incredibly poorly. just wanted some professional thoughts on the bouts.

Thanks for the question.
I thought the Mora vs. Manfredo bout was very close, though I didn't keep a scorecard as I watched. My impression was that it could have gone either way, so I wasn't unsettled by a split decision for Mora. I will say that I thought Manfredo looked better and Mora looked worse than in their first bout, though.


I do feel, however, that Bosante clearly defeated Jesse Brinkely, who was listless and ineffective for the majority of the bout. That decision mystified me.

Will you be watching the second season of "The Contender"?
