Question
I know that most muscles are important, but can you tell me the most important ones? so i can focus more on them.
I am 5ft 11 150lb (just incase different heights need different muscles.)
thanks

Answer
Hi Sultan,  You are rght, most are important...but if you had to nail down a few I would defeinately say the deltoids and traps, neck, lats, pecs, bi and tris... probably in that order...these play a major role in your ability to throw hard and fast. The legs are also improtant but I would put special emphasis on the calves. You are on the balls of your feet a lot and good calves allow you to be fast and light on your feet....
Just keep in mind the more lean you are overall the faster and more powerful you can be, not to mention you can take a punch a lot better.

best of luck and thanks for the question,
jack
