Question
HOW MUCH AIR?

Answer
Hi J G,

Most speed bags state around 4lbs of air.  Now without a pump that is difficult to determine so the best way to tell is to fill it up until all the creases are out of the leather and the bag is smooth. You should be able to squeeze the bag and it has some "give" to it. Also, when you punch it, you should feel the bag slightly give as your fist makes contact.  Here is a link to speedbagcentral.com and some other speed bag care tips.

hope this helps.  Train safely.
