Question
If the local recreation department contract me out to instruct or coach a boxing program do I have to get them to register their name with USA BOXING as a club or use my own business name I'm training under? Basically because their providing my with the space they get a percentage of everything that comes in. How will this work when I'm able to hold sanctioned fights? I was planning on putting back any profit into the gym or renting my own. Will it be left up to whatever the contract says?

Answer
It depends on whether or not the rec department will allow you to use your own name for the gym, or if they want their name to be primary.  If they do, and you want to hold sanctioned shows there, they will either have to get registered with USAB as a club or allow you to register as a club while using their facility.  Sounds more like you are renting space from them.  I would definitely discuss with them how they want to handle this.
