Average cost of speed bag equipment depends on the Wall or floor unit you purchase.  Here is a fairly inexpensive unit from Ringside with a nice hardwood rebound board. ( but you cannot adjust height)

all the demo clips with a "wall unit" by me are on the $49.00 unit.  works fine for one or two people hitting.

Bags and Swivel costs are pretty standard. The big difference will be on the type and quality of your wall or freestanding unit.

Speed Bags are sold at most sporting goods stores and some larger department stores in the sporting goods section.
