Mr. Kahn,

Thank you for your help in locating your video series.  I can't seem to locate a large speed bag of the size you recommend. I think you mention the 12X8 or 13X9 size.  Title and everlast don't list one this large.
Can you direct me to a company or brand name I might contact to obtain one similar to what you use in your demostration.

As for my demonstration, if you are talking about the one I use in the Speed Bag Bible DVD for teaching, that is an 11x8 size bag. That exact bag is not made anymore, so any of the 11x8 bags will work.
