Question
I'm 16 and would like to start boxing. Right now I have to do it at home. I don't have money for the equipment and I know how to make a homemade heavy bag, thanks to a previous question, but is there any way to make a makeshift speed bag?

Answer
I do not know of any way to "make" a home-made speed bag. I have never seen one or done that myself.  Perhaps a pawn shop or "play it again Sam" sports recycle shop would have one you could get at a reduced price.
