Mr. Hofer,
I am a young professional (27) living in Tampa that has always been interested in boxing as a way to stay in shape and compete on a recreational level. Is there a place in Tampa to do that and where can I get instruction? Thank you very much for your time.

If you are looking for one on one instruction that is what I do and I am in the Tampa area. Go to my website at www.boxingdoneright.com to see if this what you are looking for. As far as gyms go in the Tampa area I can recommend some, such as the Etreme gym located on S.Howard ave. The problem is with gyms it is hard to get that one on one personal instruction if that is what you are looking for.
