Question
Hi Joe,

My name is Chris Villio and I was wondering,What kind of exercises should I do.Cause I wanted to get in boxing training soon. And I also wanted to gain weight,Like tone up my body.
Thanks.

Answer
Chris:

Gaining muscle weight is attained by eating often such as 6 meals per day and exercise perferably with weights.  You need to work large muscle groups with mostly barbells and use heavier weights that allow reps to be generally between 6-8.  You should possibly consider a gain weight supplement that is sold at the health stores.  Always consider your age and bone structure as far as what to expect and how much to consume.  When you begin to train seriously for boxing you definitely need to incorporate exercises like various bag work etc.  If you would like a detailed training routine then go to my website at www.boxingdoneright.com and you can request this.

Thanks,

Joe
