Question
I want big muscles so i m doing weight lifting i am off only wednesday what is the perfect time i should do some punching is it wedensday or everyday before i do weight lifting?

Answer
If you are focusing on muscle size, then I think it is better to do your punching "light" before the weight work out, for a warm up (if you want...) and then do any serious punching work after your weight training. Any serious punching workout before your weights will only tire you for the weights. Punching every other day will be fine if you are not really focused on developing advanced punching boxing skills.
