Question
Well, 2 weeks ago I was doing some wrist curling with dumbells, one forearm at a time, and everything was fine untile 24 hours latter i got pain in my both wrists, since then i worked out properly only once(about a week after the pain occured) which was nt very good idea, then i started to take Glucosamine (and still using), sometimes i do sum curling or griping hoping that would help, but no +ve results so far. I would highly appreciate any input to heal my wrists, as im allready losing weight as a result of not weight training

Answer
HI Mustafa

IF your wrists are injured I'm afraid the only advice I can give you is to let them heal. If you don't they will only get worse or make it a chronic injury.

You can maintain your training by doing all your punching drills with shadow boxing. You can keep your weight up by doing some powerlifting work, likes heavy squats and leg presses while your wrists heal. Also do some cardiovascular
exercise to keep the heart and lungs up while your wrists heal.

good luck and train safely.
