Thanks for the question.
As opposed to rewriting the relevant sections of the USA Boxing rulebook here, I'll guide you directly to the information you seek.

Point your browser to www.usaboxing.org, and click on "Rulebook." A .pdf file (Adobe) will open up. The breakdown of weight divisions for both junior and senior amateur boxers can be found on pages 4 and 57 of the document, respectively.

You can also read up on all the rules and regulations of amateur boxing, as that is the governing document for the sport.
