Question
I'm 22 and I've always been a huge boxing fan, but I've never actually gotten into it too much.  A little sparring here and there with friends, but nothing major.  My question is that since I want to get into semi seriously now, how should I begin.  Being 22, is it to late to do anything big time and if it isn't whats the fastest way to make up some time I've lost by not getting into it at an earlier age?  Thanks.

Answer
First of all it is not too late so don't try to make up for lost time.  You do need to find a trainer in your area and a gym to workout in.  Do not do things on your own.  If you do not have a trainer I am doing some video training on my website at www.boxingdoneright.com  Maybe that will help.

Thanks,

Joe
