can i get video clips of 24 punching techniques from all around the bag, and speed bag , non stop combinations ..plzz send me or telling where they are available on net for free..

There is a VHS or DVD video that specifically teaches the 24 speed bag techniques, and it is available from many online sources. Unfortunately - it is not available for free. Here is a link to some online vendors:
