Question
Hello, my name is heath. I am interested in learning the basics of boxing.  Do you know any web sites that are any good? Also, what are some basic exercises to increase my ounching speed and strength.  I have a punching bag. Thanks a bunch.

For increasing Punching speed and strength, I recommend using a combination of weight training ( pressing for shoulders and triceps extensions for arm ) and using the heavy bag, along with the speed and strength exercises outlined on the speedbagcentral.com website.
