Question
Hi Jack,
My name is Justin I am 5'9" and 150 lbs and 16 years old. i looked up Bruce
Lee's workout and its 2 sets of 12 on everything, we have a gym in our school
that I stay after to workout in. Is this a good workout for boxing? because I'm
planning on taking boxing. I want to bulk up a little but stay cut, and lean.
But I've noticed when I did my other workout which is 12, 10, 8 that I lost
speed but bulked up. Just one more question should I take whey protien or
creatine?

Thanks Justin

Answer
Hi Justin,   the bruse lee workout sounds good...you are on the right track...go for cuts and muscular endurance over bulk for boxing....speed and longevity are essential as far as muscle....
I think protein is ok because it will help you stay lean and gain muscle over fat ratio....the creatine will bulk you up...you will also retain lots of water on creatine and it will slow you down...it also causes quick dehydration during competition which can be dangerous, especially in boxing....I do not suggest the creatine at all.....

thanks for the question..... good luck
