Question
I've never been trained, but what Ive seen on tv, I fooled around abit on the bag! I was wondering, what are some effective training tips on how to hit harder, and my speed is good but can improve alot more, what are some punching tips on how to throw faster blows, also the worst is conditioning, I dont know how to get back in the groove? and footwork some tips would be great I've got a couple videos on utube of me messing around on the bag in my garage. you can see them if you go to utube and serch for many many punches in 19 seconds, the video it's the brightest, let me know on my email thanks

Answer
If you are trying to gain a more powerful punch and quickness then transfering the weight is the key.  This is done by spinning the heel of the foot which turns the knee which turns the waist and the quicker the spin the faster the punch.  You may go to my website to view a couple of video lessons to see what I mean.  www.boxingdoneright.com
