who makes the best board, swivel, and ball. at the moment i have Everlast but am willing to buy the better equipment if there is any. what do you recomend?

by the way i bought your video and it has made my skill level 10 times better!  Hitting the bag is even more exciting and more challenging now that i have seen what you can do to it.

Hi Paul.

Everlast makes very good equipment, but your question is difficult because there are many equipment companies, and different models of equipment within each company.

For instance, "the best(rebound)board": Rebound boards come in several styles and types. I like those made of real wood, but that depends on the type of wall unit or floor stand you have. Hard to say without knowing those. most wall units come with the board. Any will work if you hang them correctly.

the best swivel. Boy, that is a hard question. Again many types and styles of these. personally, I prefer the ball hook, but the precision chainlink models are fine. but many types of styles of each.

Best Bags. Everlast makes some very nice bags. I love their gyro-balanced black professional bags http://store.everlastboxing.com/everlast-high-performance-speed-bag.html but title boxing makes some nice bags also. http://store.titleboxing.com/titlespeedbags1.html

So I am sorry that I can't really recommend specifics, for I don't really now exactly what you have. But if it is working well for you, there is no need to change.
