No this is not good to run before breakfast.Why?Because every movement needs fuel and in the morning there is no fuel in the body.Yes u will lost weight but not just fat,muscle as well.Your energy store should be loaded before u go run.i wake up and eat immediately some dextrose,banana to get energy rapidly then to the morning things about 30 minutes then go running.Its just my opinion and routine.
