You should drink Carb juice (sport juice) or energy drinks containing vitamins, you can make a sport juice by adding some honey to water and keep it in a bottle and have another bottle only with water when training, drink water when feeling dehydrated and drink the sport juice when feeling tired and weak during the training. you eventually need to drink more water and keep the sport juice as a source of energy.

eating more protein foods after your training as your breakfast will be perfect for health.

also don't forget about taking Vitamin C during and after workout you can take water soluble Vitamin C pills during exercise in your bottle and/or drink orange juice after training with breakfast.
