Question
for christmas i was thinking of getting a boxing gym put in my basement...all out!!!! all the equipment you woul;d find in a boxing gym.....how much do you think it would cost around??????

approximate cost are as follows:

Ring 3,000
speed bag and platform 300
heavy bag 100
double end bag 50
weights 200
other type bags such as uppercut, maize ball, double double, jump ropes, treadmill, bicycle  1000

This is only approximate and can be purchased used cheaper.  Also depending how many people are working out in the gym you may want multiple items of each.

I have trained beginning boxers as well as accomplished professionals. I have owned and managed my own gym outside of Atlanta Georgia and currently do personilized boxing instruction and training in Tampa Florida.
