Question
my middle finger knuckle is very swollen when i did not use the wraps on my hand.  it has been this way for a month and i think its boxer's knuckle.  it does not hurt unless pressure is put on it and the swelling subsides a little but is still present.  is this something i should see a doctor for or will this heal by itself

Answer
HI Matt,

If it has not gone down for one month, I would suggest seeing a physician as a precaution. Sure, it will heal by itself eventually, but it could be several other things besides what you think it is.

here is some information about boxers knuckle.
