Hi Alan,

I was wandering if you knew of a good vhs, dvd or book which outlines effective focus pad training and combinations. I'm from Sydney, Australia and I cant find any instructional stuff which can help me learn the art of pad work. Not just the punching side, but holding the pads as well.

Hi Rob,

Most general boxing training video's have a section for mitt training. However, there are a few video's available dedicated to focus mitt  but I can't personally vouch for any single one of them for I haven't seen them personally.  But they may have some help on both ends of the mitts.
