Boxing/lack of equipment

Question
what kind of training can be done for some decent results without the use of any boxing equipment except for a couple pairs of boxing gloves and some headgears?

Answer
If you are receiving this in duplicate, then I am sorry.  I was under the impression that I had answered this.  First of all there is allot more to training for boxing than punching and you can do these things with little or no equipment.  Shadow boxing, jogging, various calestetics, and you may be able to rig up some type of mattress to punch, you may be able to fill a tube sock with sand and tie to a rope to use as a slip ball for work on your defense.  Finally do not spar unless supervised and you become more experienced.

Thanks,

Joe
