Boxing/level IV coach

How do amateur boxing coaches obtain level IV status? How many level IV coaches are there in the U.S.?
Since I'm an official not a coach, I don't have definite answers. Coaches go through a Level certification process, starting out with Level 1 at the local level. I think it takes 6 or more years to reach Level IV. Sorry, I don't know how many Level IV coaches there are - I can take a guess at 10 or more.
