Question
hey my question is simple and to the point i want to know the best way to lose about 10-13 pounds as quickly as possible but i have over a month to do it. thank you

If you have a month to lose 10-12 lbs. that is not a very tough task.  Diet is very important and almost any diet you choose is fine as long as you stick to it.  I recommend a high protein low carb diet for best results.  Drink lots of water and weigh daily at the same time each day.
