Dear Mr. Kahn,
I'm a former pro boxer in my mid fifites. I'm building a house and want to put a speed bag in the garage. Can you recommend a model that is reasonablyh priced-- wel below 400 dollars. I would also like to buy a copy of your dvd. I need some new punching riffs. Thanks for your help.

A reasonably priced speed bag unit can be purchased from several reputable companies. I will give you some links below, each with several choices below your price range.

You might also consider IF you will need the unit to be adjustable for others to use. If ONLY you will use it, than the the board doesn't need to be adjustable and you can get a lower cost unit. If you're going to share your speed bag workouts with others (say, wife or grand kids) than you might want a unit that raises up an down easily for them to use.
