Question
You didn't answer Stephanie's question, speed bag set/up. How high should the bag be set for the users height?

I find the best way to adjust the speed bag is to adjust the board up or down to bring the belly of the bag (fastest part around) to be at the lips or chin of the user. You can see a picture here at SpeedBagCentral.com:

You DO NOT want to bag to be way up high over the head. It creates very poor swinging movements.
