Question
hi when i was younger 15 - 18 years old i boxed at rome boxing assosiation it closed down and i was wondering how i go about starting a career with out a gym i have training partners some of which are martial arts experts 1 of them my brother took 2nd in fighting in sf during a kung fu masters tournement so i wanna do it my self where do i find the paper work for lisenceing and also to enter myself in to tournaments im 29 and dont have much time left to compete and my dream is to step into the ring please help or direct me to help if you can thank you very much for your time

If you are going to compete in sanctioned events, you will need to have a registered and certified coach in your corner.  I also don't recommend training yourself, especially with partners who are not familiar with the amateur Olympic-style boxing.  If you will email me at mel@amateurboxing.com, tell me the city and state you live in, I'll send you a contact.
