How would I get started I'm 18 year old and would like to get into boxing and don't know how to start so pleas tell me what to do too get my name out their and what should I major in college if I want to box for a living

Thanks for the question.
I'd recommend that you get in touch with a local boxing coach and start having conversations about what you'd like to accomplish in boxing (recreation, competition, fitness, etc.)

To find out where registered amateur boxing gyms are in your area, go to www.usaboxing.org and click on the membership link. Find your geographical area, then contact the person listed. That person should be able to tell you about boxing gyms in your area, or put you in touch with someone who can.

I've never heard anyone equate a college degree with boxing before!
