Question
i am 5'6'' weigh 135 and i want to get to 140 with very little body fat, so i need help with some strength training, maybe a 3 day workout i can use incorpoirated with some good conditiong drills so if u could help  me it would be great, thank you

If you want to add weight to your body you need to increase the weight that you use in the gym, and work the bigger muscles and concentrate less on the smaller more detailed muscles.  Examples work chest back arms legs and by the way do plenty of leg work.  Do not concentrate on smaller muscle groups such as forearms and calves.  Work heavy but not more than 3 days per week.  Remember to eat plenty of high protein foods.
