I was thinking of what size to use. Can i get a list of how you know what gloves to use due to your weight. Thank you

Hi Johnny,

Thanks for the question. In amateur boxing, the size of competition gloves is 10 oz. for boxers weighing up to 152 lbs., and 12 oz. for all boxers over  152 lbs.
