Question
I have a amatuer fight in about 6 weeks. what all do I need to be training on and how? weights? heavy bag? speed bag? sparring? running? I have been sparring 5-1 minute rounds, 3-2 minute rounds on heavy bag, 1 and 1/2 hours or weight lifting. 15 min of running or bike.

Answer
Hi Doug,   I would get a total of 20 to 25 rounds in overall. This does not include jump rope. Stay on the weights until the week before the fight. Stretch out for 10 minutes....Jump rope for 15 minutes...Get 8 rounds on the heavybag, 6 rounds of footwork in the ring, 3 rounds on the speedbag, 3 rounds of mirror work,  ab work.... you need to start sparring five 3 minute rounds (unless you are a Jr. under 16)... You should run about 8 miles a week (unless your a Jr.)... drink plenty of water during your training...also the day before the fight drink water, be sure your hydrated completely before your fight....

thanks for the question and good luck at your fight...
