Question
What are the different training methods for boxing? For amateurs and for professionals?

Answer
The training for amateurs and professionals has some similarities however, for the pros you are basically training for more rounds depending how advanced you are.  Also your techniques vary because in the pros the power becomes more of a factor than the amateurs.  In the amateur ranks landing punches in the scoring zones of the fighter is very important and not how hard he or she is hit.  The exercises that are done are pretty much the same but again in the pros you could be training for as much as a 12 round fight.
