Question
I am 19 years old and weigh roughly 195 pounds. I started boxing about 1 month ago  and was instructed to loose 30 pounds so I can fight around the 165 weight class. I am training hard and running constantly. I work 3rd shift and sleep is rare. I know it will be hard to reach my goal weight but I know I can do it. I just need a guide line of excerises and an idea of what foods I should be eating. I have 6 months until my first fight, please help! Thank you

Answer
Well there are many diets but the best I found is a high protein diet that repairs and builds muscle.  I actually have a diet that I have my fighters use on my website at www.boxingdoneright.com.  The exercises that you do should be high in repetition.

Thanks,

Joe
