Question
hi my names armando i'm 19 and weight 158 without training, what weight division should i go in, i'm 6'0 slim but not cut, should i take vitamins or other things for energry,  what exercise should i do i run 2.4 miles monday to friday, should i run more or less all weight loss is helpful

Answer
Without seeing your body it is hard to tell how much good weight you have.  At your current weight of 158 you would fight in the middleweight division.  There are many exercises that you should be doing including pushups, dips, various bag punching, even some weight lifting to build strength.  Yes you should take a combination of vitimans, such as B, C, E, and multivitimans.  Along with a nice high protein diet you should do well.
