Sure, you're thinking of Chris Beaumont, who was most memorable when he portrayed Jerry Rogers in the "Quarterback Sneak" episode, involving the infamous swiped playbook.  Here were the episodes for which he was technically credited:

Episode 43 - "Our Son, The Man" - He didn't have a name
Episode 53 - "The Wheeler Dealer" - He played "Eddie"
Episode 94 - "A Room At The Top" - He played "Hank"
Episode 103 - "Quarterback Sneak" - He played "Jerry Rogers", the sneaky quarterback.  

I double checked a couple episode guides to make sure I wasn't forgetting any other ones.
