how did mike and carol brady meet?

Sorry for the delay.  I could be mistaken, but I don't think they ever tell you how Mike and Carol meet.  They also never mention what happened to Carol's first husband or Mike's first wife for that matter.  Perhaps one of the other "experts" has other thoughts.  Thanks for the question and have a nice day.
