Can you tell me what club Marcia ends up staying in after she signed up for all the clubs on her first day as a freshman in high school? And, what are some of the mishaps that happen as a result of her signing up for so many

Ultimately, after joining the scuba, ceramics, yoga, archery, and karate clubs, I believe she stayed with the ceramics club.  It's been a long time since I've seen that episode, but I thought she mentioned that at the end of the show.  She was also trying to be accepted to the snobby Boosters club.

Mishaps, well, while practicing for the archery club, she accidentally shot an arrow into Mike's briefcase.  She scared Alice while trudging around in a scuba outfit for the scuba club.  While practicing her moves for karate, she ended up flipping Greg to the floor.  The trademark mishap came when she invited the aforementioned snobby Boosters to the house, and Peter's miniature volcano erupted all over the club members.
