I'll assume you mean the ages of the actors themselves, during the 1973-74 season

Barry Williams (Greg) was 19
Chris Knight (Peter) turned 16 during season
Mike Lookinland (Bobby) turned 13 during season
Maureen McCormick was 17
Eve Plumb was 15
Susan Olsen (Cindy) was 12

The show portrayed the characters about a year younger than the actors/actresses actually were.
