Hi Linda,
This is from episode 66 "Jan's Aunt Jenny".  This is the one where Jan finds an old picture of Carol's Aunt Jenny and there is a striking resemblence to her.  Jan initally freaks out when she finally meets her look-a-like, but in the end wants to "grow-up to look just like her".  The reference to Nina Khrushchev (Nikita's wife)- Aunt Jenny trades her recipe for borscht for a recipe for Sukiyaki created by Japaneese Emporer Hirochito's chef.
