WHY DID MARCIA NEVER WEAR HER CHEERLEADER OR AJORETTE OUTFITS?WE KNOW SHE WAS BOTH. SHE TRIED OUT FOR HEAD CHEERLEADER & GAVE JAN HER MARORETTE HAT.HER DRESSE WERE AS SHORT AS A CHEERLEADERS. SHE WORE A BIKINI IN HAWAII.SHWING MORE SKIN THAN A MAHORETTE.WHY WERE MARCIA & JAN ABLE TO WEAR PANTYHOSE BUT NOT CINDY?EVEN IN THE 1ST SEASON? CINDY DID WEAR PANTYHOSE TWICE[WHEN THE KIDS SANG]SHE WORE TIGHTS AS PETERS ASSISTANT & TO BALLET.

Regarding Cindy not wearing panty hose, most children where tights, its only when they get older that they wear pantyhose, Hence why in the early seasons she wore tights and in the later seasons wore panty hose.

As for Marcia - an appropriate scene was never written for her to wear them and by not showing it, one less costume they had to make.

I am just guessing, only the writers/producers know why these decisions were made.

And if you notice in Hawaii the scene we see of Marcia in a bikini she had the towel in front of her stomach for modesty.
