Question QUESTION: I get this funny pressure in the back of my head(feels like a head rush at times),lower neck and often it follows with an accelerated heart beat(no chest pain). I had an CT Scan and they said that 3 small spots showed on the grey brain matter but its not tumors and not to worry. I still have these experiences and no answers!!
ANSWER: I doubt that those findings have anything to do with your symptoms! But with these symptoms you SHOULD let a dr. check you!

QUESTION: I have seen two doctors and one said it was migraines and the other Dr. said they couldn't find anything wrong with my lab work or physical check up. I have a cardiologist and he said my experience is not coming from my heart but I could very well be experiencing symptoms of some sort. My mom has had very similar experiences as I do where it makes you feel as if you are going to just black out. What's your suggestion?
Answer Let a neurologist check you!
SORRY! BUT according to your own question what you have (those spots) are NOT tumors. So this is outside my area of expertise here. If your symptoms were caused by a brain tumor that tumor should be rather obvious too in your CT scan! Furthermore without an examination NO ONE can come any further! Also I'm a medical oncologist & radiation therapist with experience of treating brain tumors but I'm NOT a neurologist or a neurosurgeon. And your question SHOULD be directed to a neurologist who can also examine you! So my advice was NOT based on ignorance even if you happen to believe so and for some reason seem unable to grasp the meaning of my advice but on plain old sound common sense!
I`m a doctor of medicine and specialist in radiation therapy and medical oncology. I have a long time experience of these tumours.
