Brain Tumors/headaches

Question
Hello I have been having daily headaches for 7 weeks now.
I have been to an ENT,neurologist and a headache specialist. Ihave had ct of sinus and mri of head and spine. All with no pathological findings.

In spite of steroid treatment and numerous pain meds, the headache stays.

It feels like a pressure building up in my eyes and forehead at times and other times I have a dull ache on either side of my head. Sometimes I have both. When I move my eyes, it hurts worse. I feel like my head will explode from being too full.

It is made worse by riding in the car or being around a lot of people.

The headache spec told me I have migrains and since it has been going on so long it will take some time to get over it. When i had my MRI it was done without contrast. Does an MRI with contrast need to be done to completely rule out a brain tumor or anything else fatal?

Answer
An MRI with contrast is hardly necessary. If an ordinary MRI scan did not show any brain tumor you can be sure that there is no brain tumor present causing these symptoms. Some sort of migraine seems probable but that is outside my field of expertise here.
