Question
I'm experiencing sharp pain in the back of my head at times. Alot of times, i have a feeling like someone is pouring scaulding water on top of my head. I have memory loss, forgetfulness, and weird mood swings. Sometimes my gag reflexes will start up with no apparent reason. I have had some tests done. Neurologist hasn't said much. Keeps giving me trigger point injections that do nothing except hurt in injection spot for couple of days. What do you think?
Well, obviously since you ask me this on my brain tumor site you are afraid of a brain tumor. If your neurologist sends you to an MRI scan (or maybe that has already been done) any brain tumor can be affirmed or excluded quickly. If no tumor is seen in such a scan the reason for your symptoms can NOT be a brain tumor!
