Will you kindly explain the exact cause of death from above,when is hospice indicated.His treatment for the stage IV GBM is radiation, cemo, steriods etc, etc.

The skull is more or less a closed bone space which is rigid. When his tumor grows in his brain inside this skull 2 things happen! The tumor continuously destroys his brain while growing and the pressure inside the skull increases which impairs the blood circulation there. These two effects slowly kills his brain and thereby also him. That is the best explanation I can give you!
