Question hola mi pregunta es, mi papa 72 years old ,fue diagnosticado con un tumor tipo glioblastoma Multiforme en 06-15-2008 diagnosticado a travez de una resonancia magnetica.su medida es de 4.2 cm de diametro ubicado el la parte frontal izquierda del craneo se describe como proceso neoplasico primario del sistema nervioso central de la stirpe vial, ademas indica que esta en grado 2 y 3 deseo saber que possibilidades de supervivencia puede tener y que tratamiento sera el adecuado. Segun los doctores que lo estan tratando piensan hecerle una cirugia ,seguida de una Quimiotherapia .El no ha tenido ninguna cirujia anteriormente tampoco problemas de salud graves ,hasta que se le detecto el tumor.por causa de este el ha sufrido muchos cambios en su conducta , tiene problemas de memoria ,se le paralizo un brazo y una pierna ,pero los recobro ahora los esta dominando.gracias por su respuesta esperare.

What I have understood from your question is that your father has a glioblastoma multiforme. Such brain tumors generally have a very bad prognosis. You mention grade 2 to 3. A grade 3 has a bad prognosis. A grade 2 a somewhat better. But only by giving a longer survival time. The therapies available at the moment (surgery, radiation therapy & chemo therapy) can only offer a longer survival - and not that very much.
