Question
QUESTION: Would the usual CBC show anything that might prompt a physician to suspect a
cancerous tumor/brain tumor, especially if the patient presents symptoms that
might consistent with that suspicion?

ANSWER: Sorry, I'm a Swede living in Sweden and English is not my first language! In particular are all abbreviations a problem! What is CBC? If you tell me that I can probably help you!

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: CBC is complete blood count, the standard blood test given.

Answer
Blood tests are completely without any value in this situation. The only ways of diagnosing brain tumors and to some extent evaluate them are with the aid of CT and MRI scans. MRI scans are best. Then biopsies of any tumor is probably also needed for further evaluation.
